For my grammar work on Wednesday I had to label the parts of speech on four sentences. Then I had to make a sentence from the word bank. When I was done I had to record myself labeling my sentence using the question and answer flow I have learned.
Two and a half years ago I was in a meeting and there was a guy sitting in the meeting typing emails on his BlackBerry phone. He was not paying attention to anything in the meeting and it annoyed me like you can't imagine. Yesterday I was in a similiar meeting, and I felt the familiar vibration of my BlackBerry. I looked down and saw that I had a new email that I needed to respond to. So as I sat in the meeting typing on my BlackBerry it dawned on me that I was the person that had annoyed me so badly at the first meeting over two years ago. I looked up to see if anyone at the meeting had noticed how rude I was being, but luckily they were all busy on their BlackBerrys typing their own emails. Nobody noticed a thing.
